Extreme Rumors: all iPods to get camera
We have seen so many unbelievable rumors but this one is unexpectedly unbelievable: "every iPod will get a built-in camera". That even includes the getting-older-faster-than-flash iPod Classic!
This rumor comes from OmniVision telling us he will be the sole supplier of the new camera modules, but include the iPod Classic in the camera upgrade is just kinda weird for Apple since the iPod Touch seems the natural evolution of the iPod Classic and it was supposed to disappear sooner or later, even more after the latest update in which it was left with only one model.
On September 9th we will see if this turns out to be truth.

Comment by dmarcos on September 1, 2009 at 3:12am - Well, if I'm getting a camera I expect my iPod to be at least as fancy as the Touch. At this point I don't think it's a good idea having it on the Classic.
