Teehan+lax is a designing company focused on delivering great user experiences in the digital world. This wouldnt have nothing to do with us, but last week they released a concept screenshot about a new home screen for the iPhone.

I know, i know... you can't change the iPhone home screen!! You can only rearrange the icons but dreaming about the future is what we love and this home screen is just what the iPhone needs (at least is what we think).

The current home screen lacks of info, you only have red bubbles for number of notifications but nothing else. This concept adds all the important information to the home screen so you can gather more information at first sight. Geof Teehan designed it and now it's currently in development (only for jailbroken iphones...) and we thought we should share it with you because, maybe, this makes Apple think about updating our home screens ;)

Check out the full screenshot...

Cool! I like it! It kinda reminds me of some Android home screens I've seen - and yes, they're more useful than iPhone's. Although instead of Calendar I would have the iPod app.
