Cool! I like it! It kinda reminds me of some Android home screens I've seen - and yes, they're more useful than iPhone's. Although instead of Calendar I would have the iPod app.

I suppose they are doing it to force people buy the iPhone 3GS. Otherwise something very wrong is happening inside Apple, as they are going to kill the iPod touch market.

i hope so! my sister's birthday is in october and it would be the perfect gift for her :)
i would love to see a new iPod touch, and i think it's a must for Apple: Zune HD looks awesome! Also, there have been images of an iPod touch prototype with a camera so we can be pretty sure that the next keynote will feature a new iPod touch.
The guys at iPhone Hacks think that Apple may held a keynote on September 8th to announce the new iPod touch, that will come with camera and mike, as well as a faster processor and an OLED screen.
Certainly, the date matches Apple's annual product…
Maybe not AT&T, but what about Apple? There are several reasons (at least five acording to the guys at PC World) that would make a Verizon iPhone a very profitable deal...
i dont know, but id say its tooooooooooooooooooooo long, i dont see AT&T killing the goose that laid the golden eggs :)
It looks like that's gonna happen with O2 in the UK. Does anybody know about the length of AT&T's contract?
